Company Profile Mahuaa Media Private Limited (MMPL) is an associate Company of Century Communication Group which launched its first landmark channel Mahuaa (Bhojpuri) in Aug 2008. This was India's first channel dedicated to the Bhojpuri diaspora. Promoted by media baron Mr. Prabodh Kumar Tewari, Chairman & Managing Director, the Company was incorporated to set up business of providing entertainment solutions for the country through its broadcasting initiatives.
Mr. P.K. Tewari has been associated with the media and entertainment industry over two decades and has been the force behind the renowned feature film New Delhi Times and numerous award-winning programs for various channels and for the creation of the largest post production facility in India Pixion among other initiatives.
MMPL as its initial endeavor has already spread arms throughout the states of Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Uttaranchal, Bihar, M.P., New Delhi and National Capital Region (NCR).
Taking a step forward, MMPL has now launched its 2nd Satellite Broadcast initiative by setting a 24 x 7 Bengali General Entertainment Channel (GEC) Mahuaa Bangla and 24 Hours News Channel Mahuaa Khobor. Century Communication Limited (CCL) was incorporated on May 3rd 1995, by Mr. Prabodh Kumar Tewari and Mr. Anand Tewari with a diversified growth model with interlinked yet distinct businesses presenting a sound mix of exposure in high growth segment along with stable revenue streams. • Pearl Media: It is the sales arm of CCL providing complete selling solution across platforms to various broadcasting networks, including airtime sales, production of content, branded entertainment and advertising funded programming.
